After-sales service provided by our company
1. Technical Services: Users can call for free consultation if they encounter any problems about the products in the process of using them.

2. Package replacement service: If there are quality problems caused by factories in the normal use of products during the package replacement period, users can replace them free of charge.
3. Warranty service: If quality problems occur in normal use of products during the warranty period, users can enjoy the warranty service.
The product has been disassembled privately, the fragile label is damaged, the appearance is damaged, and it is not guaranteed to be repaired.
2. If the quality problems occur in the normal use of the product from the date of purchase by the user:
1. The whole machine will be replaced within one month, guaranteed free of charge within one year, limited maintenance within two years and lifelong maintenance.
2. Free 1-year warranty for damage of product parts. The product has been disassembled privately, the fragile label is damaged, the appearance is damaged, and it is not guaranteed.
Be careful:
1. The date of purchase shall be the date of purchase invoice or delivery order (the date of contract shall be the date of no purchase invoice).
2. The company does not undertake after-sales service obligations for products with fragile labels, damaged appearance, barcode-free and profit-margin-controlled fragile labels, which have been disassembled privately.
3. Packet replacement and warranty services are limited to normal use: all man-made damage (e.g. user self-disassembly, improper connection use, access)

Damage, natural disasters and other force majeure caused by other accidents, maintenance and modification without the company's approval
All of them are not within the scope of replacement and free warranty, and provide fee-based maintenance services.
